Covid-19 Information

We ask that you help us maintain the health and wellbeing of our congregation.

If you answer yes to any of these 3 Essential Questions, please DO NOT enter the church and join our ONLINE worship service on facebook live and youtube instead.

The SUNDAY you are attending and prior to your arrival or entry to church, you must provide your response, together with your FULL NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS to this number (0412 119 852).

1. Do you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms: ie. Fever (37.5 °C) & above, Sore throat, Shortness of breath? Yes / No
(If you answer Yes, see your Doctor)

2. Have you travelled overseas in the past 14 days? Yes / No
(If you answer Yes, you must self isolate for 14 days)

3. Have you been in close contact with a person that is a confirmed case of COVID-19? Yes / No
(If you answer Yes, see a doctor, get tested and self isolate)

It is a government requirement for each person entering the church to provide all the above details.

While at church you must at all time observe the social distancing rule. (No handshakes; No Cheek kisses)
